THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS:
- inflammation of lower limbs’ veins,
- postoperative and posttraumatic edemas, congestive edemas of lower limbs,
- pain syndromes connected with spine diseases,
- posttraumatic pain of muscles and joints (bruises, sprains, strains),
- limited and mild form of arthritis.
POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
VENOŻEL should be applied topically on the skin, 3-4 times a day, at intervals of several hours. Amount of gel should be adjusted to the size of affected place. Mostly, it is recommended to use a single strip of gel of about 4 cm. After application, spread and gently massage until the gel is fully absorbed. After use, wash your hands, unless the hands are the treated parts.
Children: due to lack of clinical data, it is not recommended to use the drug VENOŻEL by children under 12 years old.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- diagnosed hypersensitivity to diclofenac, tribenoside, escin or any of the excipients,
- damaged or inflamed skin and open wounds,
- the third trimester of pregnancy and lactation,
- in patients in whom attacks of asthma, utricaria or acute rhinitis are caused by the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION:
Active substances: diclofenac sodium (Diclofenacum natricum) 12 mg/g, tribenoside (Tribenosidum) 10 mg/g, escin (Escinum) 5 mg/g.
Excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
